Spiritual Guidance Sessions $125
We’ll meet via video conference and explore any topic of your choosing. This can include questions, life goals/issues or trauma clearing. During our exploration I hold you in a loving supportive light of peace and safety. I will be actively listening with a Christ Consciousness / Mother Mary like compassion. This alone is very healing. I also lovingly acknowledge any issues you have or that may arise during the session without judgement. There is a lot of healing light coming through at this time and I invite you to receive it. I can feel your connection with your essence self and can guide you deeper into that connection.
Beyond the explorations of your experiences in your sessions is the intention to meet as our essence selves. This will help you experience your self as your essence Self. Our sessions will empower you to facilitate this growth and deepening into your Essence Self on your own and in additional sessions with me as you feel guided.
These sessions will take approximately 1 hour.
Foot Reflexology $90
Relax and enjoy the deeply nourishing and healing ancient art of foot reflexology. These sessions can be for pure relaxation or address physical, emotional or spiritual goals. We start with a stress relieving foot bath, a few minutes or warming up each foot with soothing touch and then reflexing the soles of the feet. Each session includes energy healing and the deeply supportive experience of being held in the light as your true Self.
